At OTTOCEAN TV, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Because our products are digital services delivered instantly, all purchases are generally considered final sale once access details have been sent.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:

  • duplicate or accidental payment

  • technical issue preventing access that cannot be resolved by our support team

  • order not delivered within the stated delivery timeframe

  • incorrect plan delivered

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available in the following situations:

  • customer changes their mind after delivery

  • service was successfully activated and used

  • device incompatibility not reported before purchase

  • free trial was already provided and full access was later purchased

  • failure to follow setup instructions

Support Before Refund

Before any refund request is reviewed, customers must first contact our support team to allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue.

Most technical issues are resolved quickly through WhatsApp support.

Refund Request Timeframe

Any refund request must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.

Requests made after this period may not be eligible.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
